Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, Deliver, and Operate secure, reliable, and scalable solutions
• Maintain high standards in own work as well as push for a high bar in code, design, and other document reviews
• Work across team boundaries, help deliver on team projects, and show ownership and deliver results
• Develop a deep understanding of the system and core customer usage patterns
• Demonstrate customer obsession in all work aspects
• Develop communication skills, leverage written and verbal communication, and collaborate with team mates
• Be engaged in team meetings and processes, identify and drive improvements for the team's efficiency and effectiveness
• Mentor and be a role model for junior engineers
