Software Development Engineer

Job Description

Twitch is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure, data infrastructure, and applications on the AWS platform.

Requirements

• 1+ years of programming experience in Python and SQL
• 1+ years of experience with several AWS Services and products
• Experience automating administrative and configuration tasks
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of Data Architecture
• Basic understanding of infrastructure as code concepts

Responsibilities

• Building solutions on AWS using CDK to support internal systems
• Designing and building robust data pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives
• Managing configurations for enterprise applications
• Creating and maintaining documentation around processes and workflows
• Responding to operational issues and requests from internal customers
• Working closely with development teams to integrate cloud solutions into existing applications and workflows
