Job Description

The role provides ongoing systems analysis and support for hardware/software systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and customization. It involves system security implementation, system backup, and disaster recovery procedures.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • General knowledge of system management processes and tools

Responsibilities

  • Designs, installs, tests, and maintains systems and infrastructure components
  • Provides technical and functional support for team and system users
  • Leads root cause evaluation and major incident communication
  • Creates automated application maintenance and deployment processes
  • Manages vendor interface for system support issues
  • Works with clients to resolve design and implementation issues
