Job Description

Audible is seeking a Software Development Engineer to work on developing and maintaining software components and applications for their audiobook platform.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
1+ years of experience in software development
Programming experience with modern languages such as Java, C++, C#
Experience in building scalable software services
Knowledge of software development best practices
Problem-solving skills
Understanding of security concepts

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain software components and applications
Identify and resolve software defects
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and launch customer-centric software
Enhance testability and operational excellence of software components
Handle data classification, storage, and management
Participate in the interview process and provide mentorship
