Software Development Engineer, HPC/ML Interconnect Engineer, Annapurna Labs

Job Description

Seeking experienced engineer to work on distributed AI/ML systems at Annapurna Labs, an integral part of AWS. Role involves working on collective operations enabling AI to scale across multiple accelerators & servers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Responsibilities

• Work on features for the largest clusters with the largest customers for the largest AI models
• Develop hardware and software components for EC2 infrastructure
• Build networking solutions for Machine Learning and High-Performance Computing workloads on AWS
• Work side by side with infrastructure experts, hardware engineers, RTL engineers, scientists & architects
• Take mentorship seriously - both receive and provide mentorship
