Sr. Embedded Engineer, Amazon Robotics

Job Description

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience in programming with at least one software language
• Experience in leading design or architecture of systems
• Experience in development in C or C++ within an embedded environment or with robotic systems
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Familiarity with safety standards controlled environments

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safety and non-safety rated systems for autonomous robot fleet
• Master networking, security, and various sensors components
• Participate in system architecture and team collaboration
• Provide feedback in peer review process and communicate with technical leadership
• Create solutions balancing performance and safety
