Job Description

Transportation Sortation Systems builds technologies and services that enable manual and automated sortation processes across Amazon's worldwide transportation network.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, efficient, testable code in Java and other object-oriented languages
• Build highly available, secure, distributed systems in a microservices architecture
• Collaborate with engineers to work on complex challenges in large-scale computing
• Own and operate systems based on real-time customer data
• Contribute to planning, design, implementation, testing, and process improvement
