System Development Engineer, Workcell Technologies

Job Description

Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented Systems Development Engineer I to join their Workcell Technology team. The ideal candidate will work on existing and new projects with a focus on automation and robotics.

Requirements

• Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure
• Experience programming with modern languages such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
• Experience with Linux/Unix

Responsibilities

• Solving technical problems at the component level with maintainable solutions
• Improving team agility through design, automation, and development
• Identifying risks and mitigations in designs
• Developing software for tools and applications
• Writing clear documentation
• Performing troubleshooting and simulations on workcell or equipment performance
