Sr. Teamcenter Application Engineer, Kuiper

Job Description

Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of satellites in low Earth orbit. The Senior PLM/CAD Application Engineer will be responsible for providing stable software tools to support the satellite constellation development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of recent and relevant work experience with PLM/PDM/CAD software
• 5+ years of experience with front-end and backend design tools, server infrastructure
• 5+ years Enterprise Tool administration experience
• 3+ years of developing and documenting engineering processes related to PDM/PLM/CAD tools
• 10+ years of experience with Data Modeling, workflows, ITAR/EAR requirements, CAD integrations
• Development experience with PDM/PLM/CAD - SOA, customizations

Responsibilities

• Provide stable, performant and reliable software tools
• Anticipate tool and infrastructure needs
• Support users and develop processes for rapid development
• Work with multiple teams to capture requirements and feature requests
• Automate processes to streamline development
• Research new tools or technologies to increase design productivity
