Job Description

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field
• 5+ years of experience in a leading Engineering role
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• Proficiency in prototyping, testing, and leveraging cross-functional partnerships

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and improve MSP solutions throughout their lifecycle
• Develop improvement initiatives from analysis to validation and rollout
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive change through continuous improvement efforts on-site
• Own roadmaps for MSP solutions considering factors from other internal teams
