Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Developing new services and features
• Writing and building infrastructure-as-code
• Designing systems
• Addressing availability, performance, and capacity issues
• Performing data analysis to optimize products
• Troubleshooting and fixing production software issues
• Developing automation for infrastructure build-outs
• Developing monitoring solutions
• Implementing fixes for internally-developed code (Ruby, Java, JavaScript)
• Updating, tracking, and resolving technical challenges
• Being a technical mentor for other engineers
