Job Description

Transportation Sortation Systems builds technologies and services for manual and automated sortation processes across Amazon's transportation network, aiming to create the most efficient transportation system on the planet.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, efficient, testable code in Java and other object-oriented languages
• Build highly available, secure, distributed systems in a microservices architecture
• Collaborate with engineers to work on complex challenges in large-scale computing
• Own and operate systems based on real-time customer data
• Contribute to planning, design, implementation, testing, and process improvement
