Job Description

Senior Software Development Engineer role in AWS Utility Computing organization focusing on integrations to enable AWS services like Amazon GuardDuty, Amazon EMR, and AWS Marketplace.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Leading projects involving multiple engineers
• Owning team architecture and providing design guidance
• Influencing team strategy and goals
• Driving adoption of engineering best practices
• Coaching or mentoring multiple engineers
