Job Description

Join the AWS Solutions organization to provide business applications leveraging Amazon's expertise for millions of companies worldwide. Work on the disruptive cloud-based contact center Amazon Connect and transform customer interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Responsibilities

• Own code end-to-end from design to development
• Work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS
• Develop the next generation contact center
• Design and deliver scalable, resilient systems with a constant customer focus
