Product Support Engineer, Prime Air - Amazon

Job Description

Amazon Prime Air is seeking an experienced Engineer to drive deployment of hardware and software functionality, pursue continuous improvement, and investigate issues on a critical program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent
• Experience working in design, product (technical or operational) support, or field service
• Experience with new product introduction/launch and change introduction
• Experience working on aerospace products/projects or in other regulated fields like healthcare or automotive

Responsibilities
