Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience developing in C or C++

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and mentor junior engineers
• Participate in architecture decisions, design reviews, and code reviews
• Stay up-to-date with rapidly changing technology
• Collect requirements and describe software product features
