Software Development Engineer II, Amazon Robotics

Job Description

Amazon Robotics is seeking a Software Development Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to drive the technical direction of a complex software system for robotic fulfillment operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices
• Experience building and designing test cases

Responsibilities

• Driving the automation testing strategy throughout the engineering organization
• Developing automation test frameworks and automated functional tests
• Writing system and feature-based test plans
• Working with development organizations to understand how development changes affect ongoing test automation efforts
• Gathering metrics and providing test coverage analysis based on automated test results
