Requirements

• 4+ years of software development or technical support experience
• Experience scripting in modern program languages
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow
• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, debug, evaluate, and resolve computer-identified alarms
• Perform software deployments and migrations
• Host management and automate routine operational tasks
• Develop tools and automation to achieve human free operations
• Modify software to leverage the overall system architecture
