Sr. Satellite Systems Engineer, System Reliability

Job Description

Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of satellites in low Earth orbit, aiming to provide fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of industry experience
• Experience in MATLAB or Python
• Experience developing system engineering artifacts
• MBSE modeling experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Possess a strong background in spacecraft architecture
• Define and manage requirements
• Create interface control documentation
• Maintain and allocate engineering budgets
• Develop comprehensive verification and validation plans
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders
