ADC Engineer II, AI/ML ADC

Job Description

The AI/ML Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of delivering artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to customers in isolated, air-gapped cloud environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of systems administration experience (Linux/Windows).
• Experience working with scripting languages.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Support service builds and operations primarily in ADC partitions and regions.
• Solve difficult technical problems and create documentation related to ADC operations.
• Diagnose and resolve difficult ADC-specific issues.
• Communicate with customers and partner teams, fostering constructive dialogue.
• Contribute to technical project definition and scoping discussions.
