Job Description

Join AGI Finetuning organization as an SDE to design, build, and maintain systems for evaluating models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of theory and practice of ML

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key tooling for model evaluation
• Work closely with product teams and scientists to create new techniques and tooling
• Manage project prioritization, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication
• Illuminate trade-offs and influence technical strategy
• Collaborate closely with Applied Scientists to investigate and plan experiments
• Operate in a dynamic environment to deliver high-quality software
