Job Description

The Worldwide Innovation and Design team is seeking a Simulation Engineer to lead discrete-event simulations for Last Mile (AMZL) network technologies, shaping the future of automation through digital experimentation.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or equivalent
• Experience with Process simulation tools (Preference Flexsim)
• Experience in Industrial process environment (Manufacturing, Logistics)
• Solid understanding of mechanical design principles

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of complex discrete-event simulations to validate new technologies
• Utilize expertise in simulation software and programming to optimize processes and influence mechanical designs
• Own strategic modeling projects, establish best practices, and influence design decisions through data-driven insights
