Amazon is seeking a Software Development Engineer (SDE) to work on a large-scale enterprise software program within the Customer Engagement Technologies department, focusing on enhancing customer service operations.

Requirements

• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior software engineers to enhance technology and design innovative services
• Develop services to launch customer service features and help product features
• Lead global expansion of services and ensure high-quality outcomes
• Deliver unparalleled customer service experiences using next-generation engineering systems and AI
• Work closely with business partners to shape product vision and design robust systems
