Job Description

Join the AWS Solutions organization to work on Amazon Connect, a disruptive cloud-based contact center service that leverages Artificial Intelligence and AWS services to transform customer interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Develop the next generation contact center technology
• Design and deliver scalable, resilient systems with a customer focus
• Work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS
