Job Description

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Customer Success Engineer for their Redshift team. The role involves working with large and advanced customers to resolve issues, automate processes, and collaborate with various teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas experience
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across diverse teams to solve technical problems
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain innovative software solutions
• Support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things, Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS
