Job Description

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Hardware Engineering is seeking experienced Thermal/Mechanical Engineers to build the next generation of cloud platforms for their innovative web service and e-commerce technology platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in server technologies such as thermal, mechanical, power, and signal integrity
• Master's degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, or equivalent preferred
• Experience with project management of technical projects

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and thermal design and development for complex electronic systems
• Design and validate systems and subsystems to meet program objectives
• Conduct failure analysis and solution validation for product development and fleet systems
• Provide mentorship and technical reviews to a team of mechanical/thermal design engineers
