Job Description

Amazon is seeking a Software Development Engineer (SDE) to operate autonomously, deliver projects at team or cross-team level, and interact with other teams to understand their needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Responsibilities

• Drive designs for components and services
• Prepare estimates for upcoming deliverables
• Review code of other members
• Perform root cause analysis on operational events
• Provide project updates to leadership and team members
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Help shape the automation future in Networking
• Contribute to documentation, process, and procedures
• Identify and troubleshoot recurring platform issues
• Contribute to structured training
