Job Description

The Robotics team at Amazon is seeking engineers to work on high-performance simulations of robotic solutions, focusing on robotic application design, simulation, and deployment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience leading design and architecture of new systems
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices and coding standards
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with C++, Python, TypeScript, Java/Kotlin
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Containerization

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement robotic applications for simulation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on design and implementation
• Create robust software for interfacing with hardware
• Implement and deploy algorithms, including machine learning models
• Profile, tune, and optimize performance through simulations
