Security Engineer II, Prime Air Information Security

Job Description

Amazon Prime Air is looking for a Security Engineer to focus on applications, systems, and infrastructure security. The role involves developing innovative security solutions, conducting secure code reviews, and identifying security gaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of programming experience in Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, C++, or similar languages
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Knowledge of networking protocols like HTTP, DNS, and TCP/IP
• Detailed knowledge of system security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques
• Working knowledge of global data privacy and information security regulations
• Experience with threat modeling and security risk analysis

Responsibilities

• Work with data scientists, software development engineers, and other security engineers to develop security solutions
• Create and maintain threat models for various software projects
• Conduct Manual and Automated Secure Code Reviews
• Identify security gaps in applications, services, or products
