Sr. ASIC Design Verification Engineer, Project Kuiper

Job Description

Join Project Kuiper's sub-team to define and implement digital chip SOCs for communications via Low Earth Orbit satellites and Amazon gateways.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Communications Engineering or Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of experience in verification preferably in communication systems
• 5+ years of experience in UVM, C, System C, and scripting
• 3+ years of experience in emulation

Responsibilities

• Implement a state of the art verification environment for testing RTL against reference Matlab/C models
• Develop detailed test plans, write tests, run regressions, and report progress
• Utilize the emulation platform to enhance pre-silicon verification flow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end integration testing
• Work with tool vendors to drive enhancements in emulation methodology
• Participate in FPGA validation using test benches for ASIC implementation
• Run formal verification of complex blocks and ensure functional correctness
• Participate in system level verification using test benches constructed using UVM, System C, and DPI-C
• Develop a highly automated regression environment for builds and database maintenance
