Sr Network Dev Engineer, Kuiper Network Services

Job Description

Join Amazon's Project Kuiper as a Sr Network Development Engineer to design and build the network enabling low-latency, high-speed broadband internet connectivity via low earth orbit satellites.

Requirements

• 3+ years of automation scripting using Python, Bash, Shell and/or Perl experience
• 8+ years of major internet routing protocols experience
• 5+ years of working in a Linux/Unix environment experience
• 5+ years of working with Cisco and/or Juniper network gear

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and leaders to define connectivity solutions for Kuiper
• Provide technical leadership for Kuiper's terrestrial network plan and implementation globally
• Define network solutions for Kuiper's launch, manufacturing, and lab sites
• Support the full lifecycle of networking, including enhancing support tooling and monitoring capabilities
