Front End Engineer, Center for Quantum Computing

Job Description

The AWS Center for Quantum Computing (CQC) is hiring a Front End Engineer to design and develop intuitive web applications to support scientists' data management and visualization complex workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional front end development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship professional experience in front end web development using React and TypeScript
• 2+ experience in system design, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling aspects
• Experience with backend software development

Responsibilities

• Work directly with scientists and engineers to understand their problems and propose workable solutions
• Collect user stories and translate them into UX and software design documents
• Implementation of design proposals in a logical and maintainable manner
• Identifying, proposing, and implementing features to accelerate the realization of quantum computing technologies
