Job Description

Amazon is seeking a Senior Innovation Engineer to lead the implementation of new automation technologies in their North American Delivery Station Network.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in developing functional specifications and design verification plans
• Hands-on experience with proof-of-concept models and prototypes
• Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment
• Proficiency in completing tasks to meet milestones

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end robotics and automation implementation projects
• Partner with Product teams to drive automation requirements
• Create pilot programs and define success metrics for proof of concepts
• Design technical documentation including flow diagrams and layouts
• Develop service and maintenance procedures for field teams
