Senior RF Test Engineer, Kuiper Silicon Team

Job Description

Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites providing broadband connectivity to un-served communities. Amazon is looking for a Senior RF ATE Engineer to work on high-speed broadband solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/communications engineering or related field
• 5 or more years of employment in silicon RF Test or RF Product Engineering
• Up to 30% international travel required

Responsibilities

• Write test plans and test programs for mm-wave SoCs
• Collaborate with design team on design for test principles
• Define load board, socket, and probe card designs
• Architect high-volume test solutions across DUT firmware and tester software
• Identify and resolve test related issues throughout product lifecycle
• Optimize and standardize test methodologies
• Interact with suppliers for engineering programs
• Develop and transfer RF and high-speed digital die probing techniques
• Correlate bench and ATE results
