Senior Silicon Reliability Engineer, Kuiper Silicon Team

Job Description

As a Senior Silicon Reliability Engineer at Amazon's Project Kuiper, you will be working on innovative semiconductor solutions for satellite and ground terminal products to provide broadband connectivity worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/communications engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in semiconductor product engineering or foundry process operations, preferably in high-volume wireless SoC devices manufacturing
• Up to 10% domestic or international travel required

Responsibilities

• Define and execute semiconductor customized product qualification plans
• Write mission profile documents for Kuiper’s custom silicon
• Analyze qualification data, drive issue resolutions, and address potential test gaps
• Conduct physical and electrical failure analysis using various techniques
• Work with the packaging team to design qualification plans and board level reliability analyses
• Interact with suppliers to run qualification for silicon devices
