Job Description

Amazon is looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer with experience in designing, architecting, and developing scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
• 6+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 6+ years of designing or architecting of new and existing systems experience
• 4+ years of systems development in an IT or data center environment experience
• 4+ years of deploying and operating in a Linux/Unix environment experience
• 6+ years of systems design, software development, operations, automation, and process improvement experience
• Experience leading the design, build and deployment of complex and performant software solutions in production

Responsibilities

• Developing scalable, high-performing solutions with minimal long term sustaining and development support
• Partnering with Systems Engineers, Network Engineers and Software Engineers to develop technology supporting test and development platforms
• Focusing on automation of complex tasks to scale with customer demand
