Amazon Robotics is seeking candidates to join their Robotics Technical Support team as an Engineer. The role involves deep-diving into technical issues to analyze, mitigate, and resolve them.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software development or technical support experience
• Experience scripting in modern program languages
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve technical issues escalated by Amazon Robotics Facilities
• Collaborate with development teams to create solutions for customers
• Manage high severity incidents and communicate directly with customers
• Implement changes within the Amazon Robotics environment
