Job Description

Hardware Development Engineer role to support the execution of development efforts for a Low Earth Orbit satellite constellation project providing broadband connectivity to underserved communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Engineering field
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of hardware development experience

Responsibilities

• Work with multiple suppliers and engineering teams to meet development and production requirements
• Support delivery of critical ground systems hardware
• Create plans with clear success criteria and communicate progress to leadership
• Simplify solutions, innovate, and demonstrate good judgment
• Drive best practices, manage ambiguity, and mitigate risks
• Write effective narratives and present to senior management
