Software Development Engineer II, AWS Compliance & Security Assurance

Job Description

Join our team in Portland, OR in AWS to design and develop solutions that enable AWS to expand operations into new data centers worldwide. Collaborate on building an Integrated Compliance System (ICS) for infrastructure hardware compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and build of services and applications with a team of engineers
• Maintain high standards for code quality, code reviews, testing, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with other engineers on technical direction and strategy
