Job Description

Amazon is seeking a software developer with experience in developing large scale distributed systems for the Item and Offers team on the Amazon eCommerce platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Developing services that process Item information from merchants
• Managing billions of products in the catalog
• Developing large scale distributed systems that process changes to the catalog in real-time
• Translating high-level business goals to software platforms
