Job Description

Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented engineer to architect, design, and develop technologies for motion planning systems across robotic platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement motion planning systems for robotic platforms
• Influence the team's strategy and contribute to long-term vision and roadmap
• Work with stakeholders to iterate on design and implementation
• Prototype and test concepts or features through simulation and with live robotic equipment
• Lead by mentoring other engineer team members
