ASIC Design Engineer, Cloud-Scale Machine Learning Acceleration team

Job Description

AWS Utility Computing (UC) is seeking an ASIC Design Engineer to join the Cloud-Scale Machine Learning Acceleration team in designing and optimizing hardware.

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years in RTL design for SOC
• 5+ years in VLSI engineering
• 5+ years with code quality tools including: Spyglass, LINT, or CDC

Responsibilities

• Integrate multiple subsystems into top-level SOC
• Implement and deliver high-performance RTL
• Analyze design and make trade-offs based on requirements
• Develop micro-architecture and deliver synthesis/timing clean design
• Perform quality checks on the design
• Collaborate with various teams to accomplish tasks
