SiteOps IT Analyst (North America MQ & RD)

Job Description

The SiteOps IT Analyst position at Elanco involves providing IT support for manufacturing and research and development sites in North America, with a focus on supporting R&D Lab customers and deploying information systems to meet business needs.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in IT, Operational Technology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3 years experience in Information Technology
• 3 years experience in Lab Technology infrastructure support
• Compliance to all safety policies and regulations
• Knowledge of assigned business processes
• Strong analytical and product management skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Understanding site business processes and their interaction with IT systems
• Advising and influencing business areas during requirements gathering
• Preparing cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses
• Developing requirements specifications and implementing solutions
• Authoring project deliverables and managing project execution
• Providing expertise in the development and integration of IT and Lab solutions
