Process Engineering Advisor - Utilities

Job Description

Elanco is seeking a Utilities Process Engineer to lead technical operations at their Clinton, IN manufacturing site, focusing on troubleshooting, data analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical)
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience supporting manufacturing processes in highly regulated environments
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities & leadership in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and support large projects to enhance process efficiency, capacity, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee design, construction, and qualification activities for operational and capital projects
• Apply engineering expertise to troubleshoot and optimize processes
• Manage change documentation and support Six Sigma initiatives
• Mentor and guide other engineers
