Job Description

Manufacturing Engineer II responsible for providing production support and managing projects related to Hand Tools manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or technical field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Knowledge in metals manufacturing processes
• Experience managing small-medium complexity projects
• Strong problem identification and resolution skills
• Formal project management training preferred

Responsibilities

• Supporting production operations through troubleshooting problems
• Leading projects to develop and implement new manufacturing processes
• Working on continuous improvement projects to increase productivity
• Providing technical direction and training to technicians
• Compiling information for business case development
• Tracking project schedules and managing project meetings
