Motor Engineering Manager-Advanced Manufacturing

Job Description

The position involves developing and implementing sustainable manufacturing processes for power tool batteries to achieve cost, quality, and throughput goals.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 10 years Manufacturing Engineering experience & 3 years of engineering management required
• Preferred enhanced specialty skills in new process development and implementation, DOE, and quality controls
• Experience in developing and executing onboarding and professional development / upskilling team members
• Advanced computer knowledge and skills in MS Office and Solidworks/AutoCAD/NX

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing projects and provide guidance to cross-functional team members
• Facilitate project flow with regular contact with engineering and manufacturing teams
• Develop global manufacturing strategy and drive alignment across multiple sites
• Research and evaluate new technologies for manufacturing advantage
