Quality & Reliability Engineer II

Job Description

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Quality & Reliability Engineer to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, contributing to continuous innovations and delivering heavy-duty products with high performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2+ years of related work experience in Advanced Quality, Quality Engineering and/or Reliability Engineering preferred
• Experience in manufacturing environments is highly preferred
• Ability to travel 20% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct advanced quality and reliability activities of project teams
• Develop QC mitigation strategies for high-risk specifications
• Collaborate with global quality teams and manufacturing representatives
• Recommend process improvements and value engineering ideas
• Perform reliability analysis using advanced statistical techniques
• Proactively seek out quality improvements for new and existing products
