Rivian is seeking a Staff ServiceNow ITOM Architect to design and implement ITAM and ITOM solutions.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow with a focus on CMDB buildouts, Auto Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
Experience with modern web technologies and cloud computing principles
Familiarity with ServiceNow features like App Engine Studio, Git, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer
Strong technical breadth in various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, APM & Strategic Portfolio Management
Responsibilities
Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions for ITAM and ITOM modules
Hands-on development of discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and event and alert rules
Maintain a healthy CMDB using dashboards and workspaces
Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring tools and automate alerts
Architect and deploy Hardware Asset Management solutions
