Job Description

Rivian is seeking a Power Electronics Intern to work on state-of-the-art power electronics for electric adventure vehicles.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelors, masters, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign
• Understanding of power electronics fundamentals and concepts
• Experience with FEA software and circuit simulators
• Located in Champaign, IL
• Available for 20 hours per week in Fall and Spring, 40 hours in Summer

Responsibilities

• Perform modeling, design, and analysis of power electronic magnetic components
• Report results to team in a clear and concise manner
• Interact and work collaboratively with Rivian engineers
