Sr. Test Automation Developer

Job Description

Rivian is seeking a Sr. Test Automation Developer to ensure enterprise system quality and contribute to the efficiency of business processes by testing SAP centered projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a test developer or testing lead
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Implementation experience across multiple modules of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• In-depth knowledge of GUI Testing and scripting particularly with Visual Basic
• Good to have hands-on knowledge of version management tools such as Git
• Good to have knowledge of test management frameworks like Panaya, Zephyr for JIRA, and UFT
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom SAP solutions across various modules
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand requirements
• Develop automation scripts to meet the needs of the organization
• Work with stakeholders in IT SAP Support team on execution of automated test scenarios
• Manage test automation framework and provide technical guidance for test developers
• Engage with other technical teams at Rivian to develop integrated solutions based on industry best practices
